The service

Lumora turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video, using one of a few templates. You choose a template, upload a photo, pay once through Stripe Checkout, and we generate the video after payment is confirmed.

Your photo, your responsibility

You must have the right to use the photo you upload. If it shows someone other than you, you confirm you have their permission — or, for a child, their family's — to use it this way.

The photo is sent to a third-party AI service for content moderation; photos that are rejected won't be processed, and you'll be refunded automatically.

Fair use

To keep the service available for everyone, we limit how many orders a single email address or connection can place in a given window. If you hit that limit you'll see a message when you try to order — it clears automatically after the window passes.

Payment

Prices are shown before you pay and charged once, in full, through Stripe. There are no subscriptions and no hidden fees.

No guarantees on availability

This is a small, independently run service. We do our best to keep it available and the results consistent, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or that a given photo will produce a great result — see our Refund Policy for what happens when generation fails.
