Automatic refunds

If we can't produce your video — for example the AI generation service rejects the photo during content moderation, the request times out, or something fails on our end — we automatically refund your payment in full. No need to ask.

Refunds are issued straight to your original payment method and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your video is delivered

Each video is generated specifically for you right after payment. Because it's a digital product created on demand, once it has been generated and delivered successfully we're not able to offer a refund for change of mind.

If something looks wrong

If your video was delivered but something seems off with your order or the charge, email contact@lumoravideos.com with your order link and we'll take a look.
