What we collect

The photo you upload, so we can turn it into a video.

Your email address, to send your Stripe receipt, give you the link back to your order, and prevent abuse of the service. We delete it 30 days after you place your order. Stripe, which processes the payment, keeps its own record of it under its own privacy policy.

Your IP address, stored only in a one-way, keyed form that can't be turned back into the address, and used only to enforce fair-use limits on how many videos can be requested in a short time. It is deleted 30 days after you place your order.

A record that you confirmed you have the right to use the photo, with the date and the version of our terms you accepted.

How your photo is used

We send your photo to Replicate, the third-party service that runs the AI model (Kling) generating your video. We don't use your photo for anything else — not for training models, not for marketing.

The photo and the finished video are stored on our servers only as long as needed. Your photo is deleted 7 days after your order is finished, whether the video was made or not, and straight away if the AI service's moderation rejects it. If you don't complete payment, it is deleted 7 days after your last attempt to pay.

The finished video stays available on your order page for 30 days after it's ready, and is then deleted. Download it to keep your own copy.

If you'd like them removed sooner, email us at contact@lumoravideos.com and we'll do it by hand.

Payment data

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe shares back only what we need to confirm the payment and process a refund if one is due.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The only thing we store client-side is what your browser needs to submit the order form.
